Extremely insulting vendor, but great ebay customer service

Purchased on Dec 18 as a 2020 Christmas gift for my 9-year old son. He was excited and tested after assembled. Then snow came, the unit was in placed my storage until late March. They he took a ride (the 2nd ride), the hand brake (fixed with a single screw) was broken (see the two pictures), the flimsy screw hole cracked in half, so the handbrake wouldn't stay. When it happened, my son was falling off the unit and got a scratch on his leg, bleeding (so, UNSAFE!).Note, given their 90-day…

Time will tell but so far I’m pretty satisfied👍

Out of the box this thing looks great and sturdy. It’s easy to use even my 5 year old can rid it. as long as I lower the handle all the way dow past the holes. The screen on the lcd display lights up and only reads KM luckily military trained me to use KM. It also displays the battery life. Curiously it goes up sometimes while riding if I glide and don’t use motor. I guess it charges itself a tiny bit. There are three speed settings plus a manual only mode labeled as 0,1,2, and 3 the whole…

Great power for a ten year old

She’s going to have fun fun fun until daddy takes the scooter away! Our 10yr old at 90lbs is offering to check the mail constantly with this powerful ride. Her offer to help is a thinly veiled effort to use the scooter more and more. She absolutely loves it!

Fun and fast.: my feedback

This is a very fun electric scooter. My son loves it. He has been playing on it this whole week around our neighborhood. The speed is fast and I only allow him to use speed level 1. One full charge can last for hours. The height is adjustable so I was able to play with it too. I can go up to over 10 miles per hour on speed level 3 and it is Really fun.I can like go to the grocery store to grab something quick without driving my car and just use this scooter. The color red design is really nice…

Kickstand did not last a day

Bought for my son for Christmas and he loves it, but the kickstand broke the first day. It has been a hassle getting ahold of the manufacturer to get a replacement. I would hate to have to return for just a kickstand 🤨

Great scooter! Until it dies *Updated*

I got the scooter for my 9 year old son and he really loved it. We didn't get to use it much due to the winter months, but when we had a few good days we took it out and it was smooth, fast, and a joy to ride. It was so great that our neighbor bought one too. The neighbor's scooter died after about 2-3 weeks of very light use. Then ours died too.It went from being perfect to not turning on at all without any warning. Now reading the reviews it seems like many people have this issue, so it must…

Heavy duty, quality scooter!

My son loves this scooter. We've been on several rides around the neighborhood since we got it for him. It rides and handles pretty smooth. It comes assembled and nice LCD display which has 3 different speed modes depending on how fast you want the scooter to operate at (faster is about 12MPH)One item to note, the wheels are fairy small, so try to keep the kids on smooth pavement or similar surfaces and don't forget the helmet(just in case!). Also it has front suspension rear foot brake…

WARNING: DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER

These scooters are total garbage, buyer beware.I saw some of the negative reviews but ended up purchasing anyway as it met with some of the things we were looking for in a kids scooter. Now, just 10 rides under our belt and 4 months later, the unit suddenly stopped working when we took it out with bikes and it was impossible to even ride as a normal scooter. I have not even complained about the kickstand breaking off, all of the gadgets like LCD panel, brake, etc moving around on the steering…

Great value for the money

My 7 year old son has been using his Swagtron Swagger scooter for 21 days and clocked about 42 miles so far. He's averaging around 8+ miles per charge going mostly full throttle which is 14 -15 mph. For $178 I'm quite pleased with it. It appears and feels sturdy and quality made. It's whisper quiet and easy to control. My one ane only complaint was one of the handle bar grips did not line up properly upon assembly. I just kept turning the handle until the rubber grip started to rotate to the…

Worst purchase ever! Extreme disappointment

BUYER BEWARE-I am very saddened by the customer service we received by this company! Not 1x but 2x! We purchased a scooter less than 6 months ago from my son for Christmas, It arrived in January and after the expected dates- once assembled we noticed a broken piece! Instead of sending us the part they req we return the scooter- which we did, leaving my son lover without it! We finally received it sometime in February! When Not long after we went on Quarantine and because my older son was in the

DO NOT BUY: my feedback

I bought it for my kid as a Xmas present just about 3 months ago. Due to bad weather, he hasn’t used it much at all. Maybe a total of 4 times. This piece of junk already stopped charging. ebay customer service rep connected with Swagton customer service. The Swagton customer service person was extremely rude and unhelpful. Basically she just coldly told me to go on their website to fill out a form and I will have to pay for shipping to send it over for repairs. Then she just hung up on me while

Works as Advertised

This scooter is great! 15 mph sounds slow, but it's way faster than expected! Gives you the "jerk" but is nice. It's really quiet and rides well. Charges fast as well. It comes assembled, just make sure to screw in the handlebars according to the manual to make it easier. Also has a nice LCD display displaying: battery life, speed, cruise control, and speed level. It goes 5 mph at level 1, and 10mph at Level 2 and 15mph at level 3. Tires are hefty and are good for dirty and unpaved roads. It…

Good Scooter best in my review

Well built. Good price . Works well up hills between 6-10 mph. I took one star away because it’s really hard to get the scooter to fold. The lever takes a lot of elbow grease to make it fold.

Great quality scooter!

This is a surprisingly good quality product. We've had it for over 2 years, frequently used in nearby park. It's still working perfectly. Even the rubber on the wheels look still like new. It's very sturdy and really fun to ride. Great value.

Great scooter in my review

I though this was a great purchase for the money spent. I have bought scooters in the past for my older son, and this one is definitely a much more sturdy scooter. It actually goes pretty fast, and the controls are easy to use. The only complaint I have is the kickstand is not very durable.

Broken in less than 3 months… get the warranty!

This was a lot of fun until it stopped working mid ride. We turned it off and on again and it worked for a bit. This lasted 3 months and now does not move. Super disappointed! The help center is only open the hours I am working so trying to get help has been difficult. Envelope the website was difficult to navigate.
