I bought it for my kid as a Xmas present just about 3 months ago. Due to bad weather, he hasn’t used it much at all. Maybe a total of 4 times. This piece of junk already stopped charging. ebay customer service rep connected with Swagton customer service. The Swagton customer service person was extremely rude and unhelpful. Basically she just coldly told me to go on their website to fill out a form and I will have to pay for shipping to send it over for repairs. Then she just hung up on me while I was still on the phone talking with the ebay rep on line too. Luckily, the ebay rep was super helpful and understood my frustration and made an exception to allow me to return and get a refund on this defect product. Ultimately, it’s Swagton’s customer support full of defects that will push away customers and may cost them their privilege to sell on ebay. Also, as I was preparing to ship this thing, and noticed that it DOES NOT FOLD. Now I’ve got to ship this thing in a giant box! So frustrating! Doesn’t charge and doesn’t fold. It’s a piece of junk and Swgteon customer service is even worse.
