I bought this product to mirror my HDMI signal to a second TV and also to extract sound from my speakers around the house. The HDMI signal split normally and mirrored the picture on both TVs, but no matter what I did I couldn't get any sound out of the port. The sound select button at the top should have been the seller's decision, but pressing it and waiting for a few seconds had no effect on my audio output. I was sent a replacement from Revain as I thought the sound select button was broken (no visible light comes out at the top to indicate which 2.0/5.1/Pass setting was selected) but the replacement has the exact same issues. I would avoid this product if you only want HDMI reflection.
