Replacing the square bottom bracket with this setup. The installation was easy and smooth. The hardest part was getting the old stuff out. The pedals turn smoothly, the weight has decreased. The only downside is that the sprocket didn't work with my 11 speed chain. It made a noise when pedaling and upon inspection the chain was not fully seated on the sprocket. I went back to my old sprocket which matched the crank perfectly. Overall I'm happy with it as long as I can get a year or two out of the bottom bracket with a plastic feel (maybe it's plastic?)
