After unpacking it turned out that one of the deco blocks was defective. The RMA process to replace this item is an absolute nightmare and requires hours of phone calls to TP-Link customer service - useless troubleshooting, language barriers, and frequent delays. A week later, two more units ceased operations. As this did not come directly from Revain they cannot help at all and TP Link requires shipping and deposit to resolve this issue in a timely manner. The reseller does not respond at all. I feel cheated. As I work remotely, time is of the essence in resolving this issue. Spending over $200 and having nothing to show is absolutely annoying. I basically paid for cool looking LED paperweights. not from this seller.
