Bought these to use in a converted 90's van that I'm converting into an RV. I removed the spooky fabric from that door and added one of those pockets so we have room for our shoes when we walk in. It's a hard plastic surface so I used a 2" self-adhesive industrial Velcro to attach the bag. It worked great. I attached the other bag to some sort of car carpet covering one of the door pockets on the front. Seems pretty good to stick.It's important to note that they specifically stick to the car carpet you put on or the velcros.They don't stick to the living carpet that covers some parts of our van or to the walls that are covered with the blanket.
