Review on BEIMS by Pedro Hague

The ability for us as an organization, in house or not-inhouse (contractor) can now see all our equipment from one central location; this is extremely helpful! I wish that it was more user friendly when searching through inventory lists by item number vs search function with text strings/names attached - sometimes we have multiple items listed under different names so its hard finding what you are looking at without knowing which "list" they belong too etc.-sometimes even though there may be several listings within close proximity each other only some will show up while others won't? This could easily just mean something isn’t set correctly but if true then please correct me here!! We use Beims because everything about my job requires having access 24 hours per day 7 days out / week 365days year round regardless where i am physically located & therefore being able utilize resources quickly anywhere via online means makes sense! BEIMS is a very easy to use, powerful and efficient system. There is nothing I dislike about this product. I would recommend this to anyone considering an asset management system. The fact that it works with a variety of different third party systems is also a major plus. We have achieved a very high level of asset management in our company. In addition to this, we now have an easy to use system for tracking maintenance requests.
