I don't know if heatsinks should have been included (Here is the item name: GeeekPi Acrylic Case for Raspberry Pi 4 Model B and Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, Raspberry Pi Case with fans and heatsinks for Raspberry Pi 3/2 Model B/B+ (brown)), but mine didn't have them. The case is easy to assemble and fits my RPi 4 4gb model very well. I've modified some heatsinks to fit and I'm seeing idle temperatures in the 42C range instead of 65C in the official Pi case. I haven't tested it under load but I bet it will really help. I think I just saw that they turn on heatsinks after 7/22/19, the day I received my case. Damn
