Loose screws! in the kitchen and dining room

Worked for the first few weeks until the bottle opener fell off. First off, the screws holding the bottle opener's metal plate have already been loosened a bit. It was impossible to tighten it in any way as the thread failed. The real skull is perfectly attached, but the metal plate could not stand it.
