For Gen 3 LS engines only!
This model is 1999 - 2007 4.8/5.3/6.0. If you have active fuel management/cylinder deactivation on a Gen 4 LS (2005 and up) you will need a Melling M365 or M10355HV as they will provide the correct oil pressure and quantity. excellent finishes. Don't be like me and order twice. Now you need to find an older LS to put this on lol.
