Bought two of these and paid a premium for "new" but received units that are clearly used and not even refurbished. The boxes were marked 'New' which was funny. One device required a factory reset to log in, both had their SSIDs changed. Like most buyers, I updated the firmware and found that one device had a non-default CFE loaded. I would have sent them back but I needed to get the network working and didn't have time to return them. for incorrect product claims, but there is no other way for people to know that they are likely to receive a used, not even refurbished, product that is marked as new.
