A must have in every bread maker. That works great. When I first used it, right after breakfast I cut bread to take to lunch and was in a hurry. It cut without breaking and did an excellent job. However, when I was about to finish, I didn't move my finger back far enough, and before I knew it, there was blood everywhere. The knife is so sharp that there was never much pain, but the cut was so deep that when I removed the bandage after dinner I left a trail of blood all the way to the toilet. A knife is great for slicing bread, but pay attention to where your fingers are on the back of the loaf, or get a guide to slicing freehand. I would definitely leave this for adult use.
