Review on 🐠 LUCKY Portable Fish Finder - Advanced Handheld Kayak Fish Finder for Boat and Sea Fishing by Mark Morrow

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exceeded my expectations

This portable fish finder works very well. The value for money is excellent! It's very easy to use. Metric units (meters and degrees Celsius for depth and water temperature) are preset by default. If you need imperial units (feet and Fahrenheit), simply change them to imperial units in the menu. The second time I use it on a lake it seems accurate (compared to the lake depth chart I have) and is pretty good at locating fish (I know because I've had a lot of bites on my line and bait on the hook was eaten but does not catch). Accessories (except swim sensor) such as USB charging cable, AC adapter plug, cigarette lighter adapter, carrying strap and a small bracket to install on a boat or kayak. I went with the carrying strap rather than the mounting bracket. The screen is small but sufficient for my use. The graphics of the multicolored version of this fish finder are good. I like that it gives you the flexibility to set it up to show the raw sonar image, or have it show the position of fish (small, medium and large) by interpreting the sonar feedback. Out of the box, the screen shows a fish image by default (I chose to leave the default as I don't want the hassle of interpreting raw sonar images on screen). I'm very happy with this fish finder, but I'll admit I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the previous reviews. My review is from the point of view of someone who only fishes for personal pleasure (and also for food when I fish) in his spare time. I do not use this fish finder for commercial purposes and do not participate in tournaments.
