Without a doubt, this is the best paper for colored pencils. The tooth is just right and the pins slide and hold just right. Is it expensive. for 15 sheets of this material. But I consider this brand to be golden. Because I can't tell you how many brands, weights, etc. of other papers I tried before I found my favorite. If you are thinking of buying this brand of paper, give it a try. Like me, start with the 5" x 7" pillow. At first I thought it was too small for my needs, but once I started using it I realized how much paper I was wasting and that this paper is of such excellent quality that it's worth spending the extra dollars on. I'm excited to try gray and black, but until then I love white! If you work with wax or oil based colored pencils, this paper is for you!
