The most important aspect is having all of your data in one place so it’s easy for you as an employee to access information at any time from anywhere using mobile devices. I wish there was more customization options available when creating reports/queries but this can easily solved by adding some additional fields into tables (if needed). Try out different features during free trial period before committing long term contract with them. It's very helpful tool which helps me keep track my stock levels & usage efficiently. Tracking customer requests has become easier now since we have integrated our system along side their internal systems too! Great product overall!! We are able to use multiple applications within Traq 360 including Salesforce CRM where other products only allow integration through certain channels like web forms etc. This allows us greater flexibility than if they were just separate tools. Customer service team also really great - always willing to go above.
