The most important aspect is having all of your data in one place so it’s easy for you as an employee to access information at any time from anywhere using mobile devices. I wish there was more customization options available when creating reports/queries but this can easily solved by adding some additional fields into tables (if needed). Trak 360 is extremely user friendly for my staff members who are not IT savvy at all! I have had questions answered within minutes of submitting them via their support team which was awesome!! Very helpful for managing our stock levels of products we use in manufacturing as well as being able to track where those items are when they get out from factory/warehouse etc., Also very good tool if you want an easy way just enter your orders then everything is automated with it which helps me keep my work load down!
