Review on Red Volcano Textured Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan/Skillet, 12-Inch: Your Perfect Cooking Companion by Chris Budenski

I was watching TV with a friend and saw an ad for this Red Volcano pan. We laughed, it was a typical commercial in a frying pan and I fucked her. I mean how many times are they going to reinvent the nonstick pan. The longer I watched it (it always happens), the more interested I became. What caught my attention is a feature they promote - it heats up much quicker than other pans. It would be great for frying. I grabbed Revain and bought it for fun. I ordered this so called "10 inch" pan. When I first received it, I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the pan. The surface is like ceramic, but not quite smooth, kind of speckled. The weight is good, the grip is strong. Some of those TV pans are too bright. This pan feels solid. The non-stick coating is really good, nothing sticks. I use nonstick spray because I want to protect the coating. All of these "wonderful" ceramic non-stick coatings claim to work without oil or spray, but don't believe it. The non-stick coating tarnishes when drying and washing with soap. Never put this pan in the dishwasher. To clean, simply rinse with water and wipe the inside with a towel. If you do this, it will be like new for a very long time. The only problem I have is the stated size. It is listed as a 10" pan but is actually 10 5/8" in diameter when measured from the top. Since no lid is included in the scope of delivery, it must be purchased separately. inch cap. I found one that fits and works perfectly. This is a 10 1/2" silicone rim cap and is perfect.
