In short, my hair is fine, like a baby's, fine, straight and won't hold a curl for anything. It gets oily very quickly and flattens out. If I wasn't using my favorite hair product (it's 10 Miracle Leave In Spray) I would have been getting static all the time. I have to wash and dry my hair every day and blow dry it upside down to get maximum volume possible, but I just hate how limp and lifeless it gets even right after I blow dry it hard! I often wear body-only extensions (both woven and zippered) but they are uncomfortable and sometimes reveal which can be embarrassing. Enter this beauty. I bought this on an absolute whim. I saw it and thought; "If anyone is going to benefit from this product, it's me," so I went for it. Although I was very skeptical. I was also very shocked by the pictures on the box and on the website. Some of these ladies on the box look like my 85 lb Labradoodle with VERY tousled hair. I had no intention of looking like a Labradoodle so I started small. I only set the temperature to 300 (my hair is so thin it breaks easily) and only did 4 strands of hair with 2-3 curls per strand, starting at the base of my hair and working down. I only clamped for a maximum of 1 second each time. THIS IS A RESULT! It's MUCH better and lasts all day! The best no one can say! I can run my fingers through my hair, tie it in a ponytail, let it flow in the wind (it's all a nightmare with hair extensions) and it stays natural and full for hours. This is completely unfamiliar to me and I'm officially in love with this thing. I know I already said "the best," but the best part is also how fast, easy, and reliable this thing is! It heats up instantly and in fact it's almost impossible to screw it up if you read the instructions. Basically you part as usual, then I use a rattail comb to lift the top layer of my hair and pin it on the other side (like I would if clipping in extensions). . Then you separate a section of hair, pinch, pinch, pinch, then pull and pinch to make the next strand. As I mentioned earlier, I only did this in two sections and only on the sides of the head. It only took 1 minute and I have a body like I've never had in my life all day without any additional hairspray, mouse or product! Really, if you have hair like mine, do yourself a favor and buy this thing. It even lasted all night and my hair looked better than ever in the morning! Two thumbs up from this girl! And yes, I paid FULL PRICE for this gadget!
