I love these sunglasses. I've had the same pair for over 10 years. At one point I scratched one of the lenses and sent Jim to Maui for a replacement. I sent a lens fee and a $10 handling fee. When I got them back there was a note in the box from the mechanic saying the frame was also scratched so they went ahead and replaced it along with the hinges (new springs) and also free of charge as a thank you for being a customer.
