Review on 🔌 SCOSCHE Install Centric ICCR6BN: Complete Stereo Installation Solution for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep 2007-14 by Dee Parson

I was a little hesitant at first - this was my first order for a car radio from Revain but it worked great for my 2012 Jeep Patriot. The plastic for the bracket is a bit cheap but it matches the anthracite color of the dashboard. All connections were fairly easy and the stereo I hooked up works as it should. Two important things: 1) The plastic bracket was a bit deeper for the mounting area on my Jeep, so I had to use a dremel to cut out part of the bracket to fit. If you have a 2-DIN stereo with CD player, you may need to cut out the bracket in the car. Mine was very flat as it didn't have a CD player (dead tech) and only needed a bit of cutting out of the plastic mount. 2) According to the description, it requires both a switched 12v power supply and a constant power supply, which means the red wire on the wiring harness needs to be connected to something that will disconnect when the car is turned off (the 2012 Patriot doesn't have one ). I plugged it into a cigarette lighter which has a switched 12v supply underneath. There are some good videos online on how to do this, but if you're new to electricity, get someone to help you. Overall a good buy for a 2012 Jeep Patriot.
