I bought this item for my daughter who is an art student at UCF. This is a great product that she often uses in her art classes. It is an air-hardening modeling material or clay for artists and crafters. What you do is mold or mold the clay and let it dry. No baking in the oven or roasting in the oven. It will solidify on its own. My daughter uses her sculpting and sculpting tools to create the shapes she is looking for. It hardens well and leaves no dirt everywhere. It is easy to grind and smooth. After the product has dried and hardened, you can easily paint it. This product is available at Walmart and Michaels and can occasionally be found at Joann Fabrics. We found that she looked everywhere for this product, and most places she went had little, if any, stock. I ordered it for her from Amazon and it arrived on time, within two days as stated. Also, it's cheaper to buy from Amazon. Michaels cost about $2 more than Revain. So if you are an art student or professional and you are using a paper clay mold that sets like pottery, I suggest that you only buy it from Revain and receive it within two days instead of driving to every art store in your area to get it to search. Therefore. This is a great product.
