Waste of money. This product is designed to fail after a few uses. It uses a plastic gear that meshes with a metal pivot rod, and after a few uses the metal will corrode the plastic gear teeth. Also, I can't find repair manuals anywhere, and most replacement parts are constantly out of stock. I've only used it maybe 3-4 times at different intervals and it's already dead to me. I only cut about 3-4 pounds of meat and it's already dead. I figured it would save me money if I bought $4-5 a pound of meat and cut it at home instead of buying $10 a pound of meat that is already cut. If you do the math, the meat cost me a whopping $50 a pound! I'd rather burn my money than buy this junk because now I have to get rid of this junk.
