I like that it is very easy to set up an account, as well has allowing me access from my mobile device easily! The customer service team can be hard at times but they are always willing to help if you just ask them for help or clarification about how something works/can work better in your business's needs!! It allows us quick responses when customers need assistance with their insurance claims vs traditional systems where we would have had more time between receiving requests & submitting those request back into our system (which took longer than expected).
