1. This plastic looks very cheap. It's very flexible and I'm not sure it will last long.2. The lid should open, but I don't. My husband also ordered one and he has the same.3. The hole to fill them is so small! You should put ice in it if you have a dispenser and forgot to use the water dispenser. This only creates an apron due to the manufacture of the bottle. He needs a big hole! For all these reasons I am sending it back. I'm sad because I really wanted to love him.
