Very good, arm hurts without care
Overall a good product. But not 5 barrels, because the only downside would be that the plastic edge is not curved and is no longer "comfortable to press". Each time you fold the dough and press the Norpro, the plastic edge of your palm will hurt unless you use a rolled up towel or kitchen towel to minimize uncomfortable contact. But overall it serves the purpose.
