Review on UNFINISHEDWOODCO Unfinished Monogram Decorative 13 Inch by Morgan Gilmore

I am so disappointed in this product. We sent back the initial "N" due to conspicuous clear editing errors. Instead of a smooth cut at the top left of the "N" (where it curls down) and the bottom left of the "N" (where it curls), it's jagged and odd. It is as if a person felling a tree slips or shakes it in the process. I sent it back and ordered another 'N' and the new 'N' has EXACTLY the same issues. I ordered this product because of the fast delivery and the cheap price. But it was a waste of time and money. Not sure if I'm going to send it back or just fix it myself. So frustrated and frustrated.
