I work in an office and we don't always agree on coffee, or maybe I just want a cup and not a whole pot. That's great. I keep it in my desk drawer. Just add a scoop or two of ground coffee to the top and slowly pour in hot water (you'll probably have to stop a few times to let it drain a bit). I prefer to use a kettle. There is usually enough time for watering, you should not let it "scald". The only downside I noticed is that my husband sent me very fine coffee grounds, sometimes some coffee grounds are left at the bottom of the cup. . A simple solution - don't grind your coffee too fine. Sometimes I put a small piece of dark chocolate on the bottom and it melts while I make the coffee, adding some flavor.
