These are the best grapefruit spoons I have ever owned. They are very shiny and very durable. Also, they have a nice sharp cleaning power which I was hoping for. After paying nearly $5 for a pint of sorbet, I decided to make my own. Take any fruit and blend it in a blender. Add stevia or any other sweetener you like, or don't sweeten. I add some sugar. For $5 I just froze 3 large batches of watermelon. Also, I have a huge bowl of watermelon chunks in the fridge to eat. Once frozen, place mixed fruit in a wide bowl so you have room to scrape off the top. Use these superb grapefruit spoons to scrape off fruity snow. Delicious! It's so refreshing in this heat!
