This is complete rubbish. I took factory Huffy brakes from a junkyard and put them on another kids bike and they were a million times better than these. So if Huffy's regular crappy handbrakes are pretty bad, you can only imagine the depths of horror these things sink into. The parts have a metallic feel at best, the bolt seemed to snap with the slightest tightening, and the knobs don't even deserve a trash can. Honestly, if that's your only option for hand brakes on your kids bike, stick with pedal brakes until you can make a bike with brakes for them.
