Better than expected actually, both FM radio and Bluetooth speakers work well in the shower. Loud enough to hear through running water and the battery only lost a band in 1.5 months of my use (10-15 minutes a day). Bluetooth connects with no problems, when I want to listen to Spotify it just works. One thing that needs improvement is detaching to charge: the loop isn't big enough to easily slip through my handheld shower head, so I have to pull the device out of the loop and awkwardly reattach it. So either the loop can be bigger or the detachment can be easier. Thankfully, this isn't a problem I encounter on a regular basis!
