I like how easy it was to get connected with other nurses who were also going through this process. It helps keep you accountable! None really. The support team was very helpful when we needed help connecting with our doctor or nurse practitioner. Do your research because there are some programs out there that don't offer enough assistance for people like us. We had no idea what questions to ask of them at first but they helped guide us along the way. Having someone from another state helping make sure everything goes smoothly. They made sure all my appointments lined up as well as making sure i got the medication i need while in hospital. My discharge date came sooner than expected which was great considering i'm not able to drive myself home right now.
