I like how easy it was to get connected with other nurses who were also going through this process. It helps keep you accountable! None really. The support team was very helpful when we needed help connecting with our doctor or nurse practitioner. Do your research because there are some programs out there that don't offer enough assistance for people like us. The patient portal has been very helpful for my daughter as she recovers from her surgery to repair an abdominal wall defect. I have had no issues with the program itself; it works well. It would be nice if there were more icons available to choose from when selecting photos of your child during their stay at the hospital or rehabilitation center. This could improve user experience.
