My posture on a used bike has made me lean forward. Bad form can make your hands numb within minutes of getting on the bike. Knowing the problem, I just had to find a solution, and here it is! When I swap out my longer stem for this short stem and adjust the handlebar height a bit, the result is a more upright riding position, which is one of the most important things to keep my hands from getting numb. Overall the quality is ok and the stem comes with two bar spacers (different sizes) for a more precise fit if required. My setup didn't require it. Just be careful not to overtighten the screws. Perfect for any home mechanic to tackle one of the biggest hand numbness problems. Excellent merit!
