Po Admittedly I've only used it twice but so far I love it! Excellent suction power and mobility. I love how easy it is to take it out of the closet and not bump into any cords. Only the lower sides are at full strength, it's super loud. I mean very loud and the other is that I wish you could buy a docking station as an extra. But apart from those two things I would recommend. Even took my teenager to vacuum. ***Update*** Unfortunately, after 6 months, the sensor that detects the suction power required for gender change stopped working. Then the reel froze and finally after it started spinning again it stopped spinning after 2 minutes of use. Turn it off, then turn it on, it works but only for 30 seconds - 2 minutes. So disappointing. I really liked this vacuum cleaner. And the time for return or support is over. Seven months! I have a Dyson that is still running after 16 years but is fed up with the cord. I guess I have to go back to Dyson.
