Review on 📀 Sonkir USB 3.0 External DVD CD Drive: High Speed Data Transfer for Laptop Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 by Kyle Hong

I bought this DVD player and it didn't work right away. I called tech support and the guy got remote access to my laptop and we spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to troubleshoot the issue. It didn't work and he had a new one sent to me. The new one worked for a movie and now it doesn't work. When I insert a regular old DVD, it makes a very scary sound. My laptop requires an additional prompt for the device to recognize the disc as a DVD and not something else. It then plays my movie for about 5 minutes and then just turns off. I have no idea what's wrong with this thing. I'm relatively fluent in technology, which is just ridiculous.
