I used to be a scooter mechanic so I changed a ton of xiaomi m365 tires. I recently got my own Xiaomi and decided it was best not to deal with flat tires so I bought these. The front wheel was very difficult to assemble! I boiled the tires in an outdoor pot on a grill (smelly) and mounted the rear tire with gloves, petroleum jelly, zip ties and 3 long tire levers. I've attempted twice to mount the front tire by pressing on the edge of the tire with my knee or boot and prying it over the rim. I couldn't put it on, so my husband helped me. He also had a hard time putting it on, but he pinned one side with his boot, used two pins, and I squeezed one side of the hoop, which helped him get it onto the rest of the rim. It was a big headache, but not having to change a tire was $35 and a struggle. The handling is a little worse than with pneumatic tires, but not bad. I think it's softer than scooters I've ridden with 100% solid tires. The holes in this tire are useful for mounting (tying through the holes) as well as adjusting the position of the tire in the rim. I think the holes can also soften the ride a bit. I also recommend watching YouTube videos for installation ideas. Oh one more thing, I drilled a large hole in the board and attached a front wheel bolt to the holes with a cable to keep it from wobbling while we popped the tire on.
