Okay I bought these thinking they would be good for connecting multiple buttons etc to various Raspberry Pi projects which is a great idea as pins are GPIOs and so too supply electricity and ground. However, these boards are VERY poorly designed. When I received and inspected them, the first thing I noticed was the extremely thin current paths. For example, the one that runs between the header and the 5V power rail is only 5 mils thick, which is woefully inadequate for a power trace. And then you look at the SDA curve and it's 10 million for a small signal... like what kind of idiot engineer designed this thing? These thin current paths lead to a high resistance between the two pads. The path between the 5V pin on the connector and the 5V supply rail is almost 3 ohms. That means that if you need to get say 500mA from that rail, the voltage will drop by 1.5V, or about 3.5V, which is clearly unacceptable. In fact, this will be an even bigger drop if we also consider the resistance of the ground path. Of course you could just solder the wires directly to the connector's pins, but that defeats the purpose of the board, which is to disassemble the pins into new pads. Very lame and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because these boards only cause power issues.
