I recently had a deplorable purchasing experience at LANGOV, and I feel compelled to share my bad experience with others. LANGOV fell short of my expectations despite claiming to provide a wide selection of customisable options. They had a website that was first of all challenging to use and had a search tool that was essentially useless. Even when I did, the selection was small, and it took me a very long time to discover the item I was looking for. The leg and foot support I ordered was also of low quality and did not at all satisfy my needs when I eventually received my order. When I contacted their customer service department for assistance, they were unreachable and useless. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone to use LANGOV. Shopping with them is frustrating due to their low product quality, small selection of options, and unhelpful customer service. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
