Did not fit and provide support
To me and my son, this was supposed to provide heel support and did not provide much more than a soft landing support. The height of this insert made it uneven and after sometime it became uncomfortable to walk on it. Would not recommend for a longer period of use.
- Very hard material. Good for adding height but not really helpful with shock absorption
- Gel adhesive starts to lose its stickiness after a few wears
