Good lighters and they seem to hold a pretty good charge overall. But a word of caution as I've learned the hard way. Not once, but twice. Before buying I read almost all the reviews. A specific question was, will the lighter glow when the lid is closed? The answer I read was "No, it won't." Well mine will! I was at work when I first felt what appeared to be a wasp sting near my pocket. It was a button pressed by the adapters I had in my pocket and the lighter got quite hot. The second time around, I mowed my yard with a self-propelled lawn mower and carried a lighter with keys in my pocket. Before I really felt the sting, I felt like my leg was on fire! I took out the lighter and it's so hot I can barely hold it. Maybe it's just mine, but you can tell by holding the lighter close to your ear and with the lid closed, press the button on the lighter and see what I hear!?!
