not very good

It is not as described by the seller, was well packaged and arrived on time. I tried these pens as soon as I took them out of the box. I tried both tips and painted on both card stock and watercolor paper. Writing on cardboard was anything but smooth. Using these pens was a definite strain - almost as if the pens were dry and not fully filled with ink. They will never work for watercolor paper lettering that has a design for a postcard or note. Even if you tried to manipulate it like a regular pen, the ink strokes of the letters were unpredictable, especially since the tip was wider. I expected the ink to flow freely as you stroke over the letters. It was pretty thrilling to use. I had to return it for a refund but I had to finish some lettering so I kept it. I don't know how useful it will be for me though. If you're concerned about the ink control factor for lettering or drawings, it might be best to go to an art supply store. At least someone there can advise you on which pens are best for your work, or even give you samples of markers to try. I am not satisfied with the quality of these pens.
