I ordered two band saws. 1 order had 4 blades and the second 5. To the 2nd. The order arrived, 3 blades of the first order broke along the weld. Now I have a broken blade again. I have filled in the information to return on the 2nd. about 5 blades. I stated that 3 blades failed during welding and I returned 3 blades which were new. The band saw operator threw away the first 3 broken blades before I found them cracking along the weld. Of the 9 blades ordered, 4 are already broken. I only have 1 broken blade to return. Blades that break along the weld are manufacturing defects. 4 out of 9 used broken. I have to return the other 5 because I'm sure they will fail too. Revain must withdraw blades from sale. I ordered a different blade from a different manufacturer. Revain bills me for blades that broke, were disassembled and I didn't return them. I would avoid these blades, or at least the brands of blades sold by Revain. Maybe other companies don't expect you to send back broken band saw blades.
