I use these with 1/4" flat elastic in my sheet masks. The tool they come with isn't strong enough for me but I think it lies Remember putting a thick elastic through a small hole!They slide down great when worn and stay in place even in underwear.I use a needle and padding thread to catch the elastic and then thread it through the adjuster Make sure to tie a knot at the back to keep it from tearing again, and it's still a lot quicker than sewing the elastic ends together!
