Pivot is in a bad place as it is only 2 inches high. This height is not enough to place the rollers below. The lever is too short and the L-shaped stroke of the tool is too small. Because of the way the lever is constructed, it looks like it will fall apart with constant use. In general, the elevator is completely useless. I tried to move the freezer myself. The lift got stuck on the bottom of the freezer and kept sliding, luckily I wasn't hurt. As another buyer stated, one of the wheels sticks to each caster (does not spin freely). The product's roller/trolley is not bad, but it keeps slipping out from under the freezer. Overall I give 1 star. I will try to contact the seller tomorrow as there is a 1 year guarantee.
