I bought this product to add extra protein to my workouts. I was impressed by the high ratings and was very excited when I received it. Overall, the consumption experience was okay. The taste is ok, not the best. It was a "coming out" experience that wasn't great. I'm typing this in the bathroom because I haven't been able to get out for an hour. Every time I think I'm done I have to rush back or face the consequences. Unfortunately, I drank it before going out into the world, so now I'm locked in a public toilet for ages. This product is great if you want to completely clean your system from the last 2 months and don't mind spending a whole day in the bathroom (or being naughty) but I don't recommend it if you have something to do during the day . . Accepting this will take all day. PS if you are reading this please send help to the bathroom I am in. I feel sorry for the people waiting outside and for the bathroom itself.
