FENGDU AGILITY LADDER/SPEED TRAINING SET includes all the tools you need to train your speed and agility, plus a storage bag to keep everything in one place. WHAT YOU GET Agility Includes a 13-foot, 9-step adjustable ladder, 10 orange flexible plastic cones, and a nylon drawstring storage bag. The ladder is made of polyester fabric and strong flat plastic rungs... it's durable and the flat rungs reduce the risk of tripping (even with spikes). A nice perk is that the adjustable rungs allow the ladder to accommodate different types of drills or user sizes/abilities. The ends of the ladder straps have a buckle closure to connect additional ladders for additional, more complex drilling patterns. The 10 orange cones are over 4.5 inches in diameter and just over 1.5 inches tall. Made of flexible and durable plastic, they can be walked on and kicked on without damaging them. My 12 year old daughter plays volleyball, basketball and lacrosse. For the last 3 months she has focused almost exclusively on agility and explosive power and this ladder/cone set has given her a whole new dimension to her training. While one set is ideal for individual use, additional sets can be purchased and attached to create a longer ladder for team use. For agility and speed training, the ladder and cone set is a useful and affordable tool to keep on hand. I love the solid construction of the FENGDU LADDER and its ability to be adjusted and expanded. A worthwhile purchase for anyone, young or old, who wants to improve their sporting skills.
