Check Engine Light - Ford Fusion 2.0 2016 - Code P144c. This part solved the problem. DO NOT replace the entire wiring harness. Read the comments and watch the repair video - Harness clamps are not possible. Use a hair dryer to remove the tubing from the part. 1) Leave the old valve in place/snap in place and use a hair dryer (carefully) to heat the heat shrink tubing. Too much heat will melt the tube and turn it into a puddle, so heat the connection between the tube and the valve while using enough force to pull it out. (It's a lot easier when it's still attached.) 2) If the hose is removed, disconnect the valve and replace it. Wrap the tubing in new shrink wrap and secure with a heat gun. It's a 30 minute fix as long as you don't mess around with other clamps.
