Very good customer service support: Sitehelpdesk HelpDesk

I like that it is very easy to set up, It's intuitive and the interface is clear. The software has been working well so far. The price is also fair. Nothing in particular. If you are looking for a helpdesk software that is simple to set up and easy to use then this is the one. You will not be disappointed. We have used other helpdesks but they were too complicated and hard to set up. This helpsdesk is very user friendly and easy to set up. I like how easy it is to create tickets, search for tickets, change ticket statuses, etc. It's also nice that you can have multiple users assigned to a single ticket, which allows one person to be able to work on the ticket while someone else is free to browse through old tickets or other things in the system. I dislike how slow it loads sometimes, but this may just be my computer. We are solving issues with ticket creation, ticket tracking, and ticket management.

  • Easy to understand UI; great support team when we had questions throughout implementation phase as new client! Also love ability assign "read only" viewership rights per individual employee within their own specific accounts without disrupting main
