Very good customer service support: Sitehelpdesk HelpDesk

I like that it is very easy to set up, It's intuitive and the interface is clear. The software has been working well so far. The price is also fair. Nothing in particular. If you are looking for a helpdesk software that is simple to set up and easy to use then this is the one. You will not be disappointed. We have used other helpdesks but they were too complicated and hard to set up. This helpsdesk is very user friendly and easy to set up. I like how easy it is to create tickets, search for…

It's easy to integrate with any of our applications, as well as the web site itself!It's a great tool that allows us to communicate easily and effectively with customers, who are often frustrated or confused when contacting one-off ticket sites like email providers. Nothing really - it is intuitive and works perfectly!Integration with other apps/sites (like Slack) is seamless so we can have conversations between users in different channels seamlessly too.
