An essential part keeping Customer Services happy

It's easy to integrate with any of our applications, as well as the web site itself!It's a great tool that allows us to communicate easily and effectively with customers, who are often frustrated or confused when contacting one-off ticket sites like email providers. Nothing really - it is intuitive and works perfectly!Integration with other apps/sites (like Slack) is seamless so we can have conversations between users in different channels seamlessly too. The reporting aspect could be better if they made their own reports available via API which would give more flexibility over what data you want reported. However this isn't much of a problem since I know all about where my tickets sit within the system already - but if new people joined, then there'd be some learning involved before customised reports become possible without having access to the code. Integrating with slack has been invaluable for solving issues quickly. The customer support team at SiteHelp have always delivered excellent solutions time.

  • The simplicity of the platform is really useful for our needs tickets can be easily created and assigned to the correct team, and the reporting is pretty good
